Mitten State Diamond Donkeys

Come Play with Us

Mitten State Diamond Donkeys has been making a name for itself in the mid Michigan area since 2021. Our experienced coaches train our team to reach our goals, maintain sportsmanlike conduct on and off the field, and always have a good time. We practice total team baseball and fundamentals at all stages of the game.  Our first season we started out with one 14u  fall ball team in 2021.  We carried that team through the 2022 summer season.  In 2023 we expanded to 2 14u teams, 1 16u team and a 10u team.  The 2024 season will see us grow again adding 11/12u, 15u and 17u  age groups to our teams.

Founded in 2021, Mitten State Diamond Donkeys has been finding and developing players in the mid Michigan area. From coaching them on the ins-and-outs of the sport to honing their athletic skills, we’re proud to teach not only the love of the game, but to also impart the ideals of good sportsmanship, teamwork and loyalty. Families in our organization represent a span of about a 50 mile radius of Olivet MI.  Our families come from Kalamazoo, Lansing and the Jackson areas.

What's In It For Me?

Mitten State Diamond Donkeys are a rising youth baseball organization.  We are looking for serious baseball minded athletes and families.  We are a team working within the travel baseball platform within lower mid Michigan.

 

We offer our players:

  • Outdoor practices at Howe Memorial Park in Eaton Rapids MI or Lake Alliance Park in Potterville MI during the Spring/Summer season.

Mitten State Diamond Donkeys try to provide our players with an education on all aspects of the game of baseball.  We help players pursue their goals within the game and work towards developing as baseball players.  
 

Mitten State Diamond Donkeys look for education opportunities to give information about sports management programs and how to pursue a baseball career on the business side.
